Meet the Couchketeers

John is the host for the podcast... your "ghost" host -- actually, no, that's not true. But he is the host and one of the creators of Mouse on the Couch.

He has been visiting Disney World since it consisted of only one park and two hotels with a campground. He supplemented his visits with a steady diet of Disney films and merchandise, enjoying the library of classic Disney films and characters (except for the Evil Queen, who scared the bejeebers out of him).

He continues his love of Disney to the present day and knows for certain that one day he will build a scale replica of the Haunted Mansion for his own home.

UltimateJenn has been a Disney fanatic since first visiting Walt Disney World as a child. Her favorite film is 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' and she hopes to one day visit Halloween Town.

She loves all the WDW parks and hopes to live in the Haunted Mansion one day.

Jenna first went to Disney World at the age of four with her Mom and Aunt Kerry.  Her favorite thing to do was get ice for the room's ice bucket with her 11-year old Aunt at the Polynesian Hotel.  The danger and excitement of doing something without adult supervision was better than a ride on Expedition: Everest! (Which didn't exist back then.)  Her next favorite thing was to drag her Mom and Aunt on endless People Mover rides

Since then Jenna has developed a crush on Snow White so she returns to both Disney World and Disneyland with her mother and friends on a constant quest to get the First Princess to leave her nameless husband and make Jenna the First Prince(ss).

While not stalking Snow she admires the work of Imagineers, wonders why there are so many children in the parks (not really), and ponders if she should use her DVC points for Disney Cruises or Disney Parks.  Jenna is the heart and soul of Mouse on the Couch and brings a little cultural ton to the podcast (no matter what the other Couchketeers say).

Kerry's earliest Disney memory is seeing a picture of Walt with Mickey on the tv and asking "Who's that?"; her mom answered "That's Mickey's Daddy".  It took adulthood to appreciate Walt for who he was (she shares his Irish temper as you'll hear on the podcasts).

She still gets a lump in her throat at "Baby Mine", owns every episode of "Disney's House of Mouse",  and gets goosebumps every time Mickey appears in his iconic costumes at the end of Fantasmic.  And just wait until this December when she sees Phineas and Ferb!

Her dream job as a kid was to be in the Electric Light Parade, then later it was to work in Space Mountain.  Now she'd embrace the job of getting the coffee and donuts for the Imagineers' meetings. (Does Joe Rohde need someone to follow him around with spare earrings?  Kerry's available!)
